Farewell my love

Oh how I have been dreading this, the end of summer. I don't want it to go - please stay a little longer. Now I have to start posting reasons to love winter - somehow willing myself to be happy about it - you know therapeutic posting. Sure I like it I really do - not!

Anyway I've been wanting to do this all summer and finally got a reason to throw a little party for a friends birthday. I never do cute things anymore and this gave me a reason to it was fun and we wanted to lay out and read magazines all day with the kids playing in the pool - but we got rained out so we moved the party inside - still had tons of fun with great food!
